When will my item ship, how long does it take and can I track the package?
Your items ships the same or next business day. It generally takes 2-3 business days not counting the day it was mailed. The package can often be tracked using the delivery confirmation number but sometimes no activity is shown until the package is delivered.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Yes, we accept returns for unused items mailed back within 10 days from the ship date. Please click on the Terms button on the bottom for more information.
