PAYMENT:
Taschen Boutique accepts credit card payments through Google Checkout.
SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped on the next business day via Unites States Postal Service Priority Mail. Delivery takes 2-3 business days within the US, excluding the day of shipping. Tracking information is provided.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
The merchandise is carefully inspected before it ships. Please do the same upon receipt, used merchandise can not be returned. Do not tear or remove anything from the bag including the poly bag unless you're happy with your purchase.
Please call or email to receive a return authorization (RMA), returns without the RMA # on the box will be refused. The return must be mailed within 10 days from the ship date. Please use a mail service with tracking as proof of mailing. (i.e. delivery confirmation for Priority Mail through the post office). Please specifiy if this an exchange or a return. Exchanges are subject to an additional shipping charge. Refunds are issued minus the original shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee. If the return is due to an error a full refund applies.
